Easy Oatmeal and Blueberry Protein Muffins
Ingredients:
- 3 pasture-raised chicken eggs
- 1 cup organic rolled oats
- 1 cup organic blueberries
- 1/2 cup organic unsweetened applesauce (add cinnamon, if desired)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until the batter is even.
- Pour the batter evenly into stainless steel muffin tins.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the muffins are set and lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying.
