Easy Oatmeal and Blueberry Protein Muffins

Ingredients:

  1. 3 pasture-raised chicken eggs
  2. 1 cup organic rolled oats
  3. 1 cup organic blueberries
  4. 1/2 cup organic unsweetened applesauce (add cinnamon, if desired)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until the batter is even.
  3. Pour the batter evenly into stainless steel muffin tins.
  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the muffins are set and lightly golden.
  5. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
